Welcome to the Rotators website. We are a mission band based in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul) area of Minnesota. Having been in existence, in one form or another for about 15 years, our style of music is mostly blues. We worship Jesus whole-heartedly and help others do the same! We play at assorted out-of-the-way places like Lino Lakes Prison, Union Gospel Mission in St. Paul, Indian Fellowship Church in Minneapolis, Famous Dave’s Restaurants, various Tent Meetings, and Native communities in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. Our band's leader is David Boeltl, who has been involved in ministry to Native people for over 25 years. He plays electric guitar, sings, and does other assorted "adminstrative" things. Chuck Schrantz, with 40 years of experience, plays the saxophone as well as the flute. When we add Evan Habben on bass, an assortment of drummers, and a few ladies singing background vocals... you get the Rotators!
